These provisions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or materially misrepresented products.

Mount Whiskey offers personalized engraving using customer-submitted photographs, artwork, logos, text, and other designs.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing the spelling, image selection, and personalization details submitted with your order.
• Engraving results may vary depending on image quality, resolution, contrast, product coating, and material properties.
• Extremely fine details, gradients, backgrounds, and photographic elements may require adjustment or simplification.
• We may make reasonable technical adjustments to improve engraving quality while preserving the intended design.
• Significant design changes may require customer approval before production.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that cannot be reproduced satisfactorily or that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Custom products are generally nonreturnable for changes of mind or customer-submitted design errors once production begins. This does not affect your rights regarding defective products, shipping damage, or mistakes made by Mount Whiskey.

By uploading or submitting any image, photograph, artwork, logo, text, or design, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the submitted material or have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for its reproduction on the requested product.
2. The material does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
3. You have permission to submit the material for commercial reproduction where such permission is required.
4. Your submission complies with applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.

Purchasing a photograph, downloading an image from the internet, or finding an image through a search engine does not necessarily grant reproduction rights.

Mount Whiskey reserves the right to reject or cancel orders containing material that we reasonably believe may violate intellectual property rights.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless Mount Whiskey and its owners, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unauthorized submission or use of protected material.

Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Mount Whiskey.

You grant Mount Whiskey a limited, nonexclusive license to reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and use your submitted material solely for processing, manufacturing, fulfilling, and supporting your order.

We will not use customer-submitted personal photographs or custom artwork for promotional purposes without permission.

Mount Whiskey may utilize artificial intelligence (AI), specialized image-editing software, and third-party processing services to prepare customer-submitted artwork for high-quality laser engraving.

These technologies may be used to:

• Remove or simplify image backgrounds.
• Enhance image clarity, contrast, and sharpness.
• Convert photographs into illustrations, line drawings, or engraving-compatible artwork.
• Adjust shading, texture, and fine details to improve engraving results.
• Resize, crop, or otherwise optimize artwork for the selected product.

By submitting an image for a customized product, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers as part of the order preparation and fulfillment process.

These services may process and temporarily or otherwise retain submitted images according to their own data handling practices, contractual commitments, and privacy policies.

Mount Whiskey does not transfer ownership of customer-submitted artwork to these providers.

However, third-party services may require certain processing rights to perform the requested functions, and their data retention and use practices may vary.

Mount Whiskey does not guarantee that AI-generated or AI-enhanced reproductions will be identical to the original submitted image. Minor artistic differences, simplifications, or alterations may occur.

We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the recognizable characteristics and intended appearance of submitted artwork.

Customer Privacy & AI Processing

• Images are submitted for the purpose of preparing and fulfilling customized orders.
• We will not intentionally publish customer-submitted images or use them in advertising without separate permission.
• Customers should avoid uploading sensitive personal documents, identification numbers, financial information, medical records, or other confidential information.
• Customers submitting photographs of other individuals are responsible for obtaining any permissions required by applicable law.
• Processing, retention, and deletion of customer images are further addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Customers who have questions about AI-assisted image processing should contact Mount Whiskey before submitting their artwork.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated or disclosed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We ship orders using available shipping carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Shipping charges and applicable free-shipping promotions are displayed during checkout.

Mount Whiskey currently offers free shipping on eligible orders totaling $50 or more, subject to any stated promotional conditions.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and customization requirements.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, or within the legally applicable timeframe where none is specified, we will provide the required notice and an opportunity to consent to a delay or receive a refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses may apply where permitted.

Customized Products

Products manufactured or engraved according to customer-submitted specifications are generally final sale once customization has begun.

Returns or refunds for customer spelling mistakes, incorrect image submissions, or changes of mind may be declined.

Noncustomized Products

Returns of noncustomized products are subject to our separately published Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits nonwaivable consumer warranty or statutory rights.

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions and using products as intended.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise:

• Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes that may cause glass to crack or break.
• Do not place drinkware directly over an open flame or other direct heating source.
• Inspect glassware for cracks, chips, or damage before use.
• Discontinue use of damaged drinkware.
• Follow the specific cleaning and dishwasher instructions provided with each product.

Improper handling or use may damage products and create safety hazards.

Coupons, promotional discounts, and special offers may be subject to expiration dates, eligibility requirements, usage limits, and other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Mount Whiskey reserves the right to discontinue or modify future promotions or reject fraudulent coupon use.

Changes will not invalidate promotions already lawfully applied to completed purchases.

The Mount Whiskey name, original branding, logos, website graphics, photographs, product designs, and other original content are owned by Mount Whiskey or used with permission.
